Some people totally and completely ignore their nails, but I think that they are just another way to show off your personal style. If you are meeting with somebody that could help take your career to the next level, you do not want to have chipped nail polish, now do you? It is important that you take the time to give yourself a mani/pedi, whether you go into the salon or have a spa day at home. Figuring out the colors that work best for you is one of the most crucial elements of the entire process. You will also need to make sure that you can do a high quality job at home. Don’t worry if they do not look good after your first or second sitting, because this is a skill that takes practice. You will figure out different techniques and realize what works for you. It is okay if you choose to paint both your fingers and toes the same color, but I love to coordinate them. Above I have shown some of my favorite color combos. What colors do you like best?

I have been enjoying the summer season with bright nail polish colors, trips to the pool, fun new sunnies, and just enjoying the perfect weather. I have so many things that I want to do, so hopefully I can try to check as many things off the list as I can. Have a great weekend!
This is my favorite nail polish right now. It makes your nails blend in with your skin, which is what a great nude should do. I love that it is a soft color, and it will be great for Easter. This lacquer, by Essie, is called Topless & Barefoot. You can find it here.
My week so far has been busy and fabulous. The rainbow pictured below makes up for the past few stormy day a little bit. The weather is supposed to take a turn, though, so by Tuesday I will be back to sitting by the pool and enjoying the heat. Happy Monday.
